With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strategic foresight into its evolving market, Maria Napolitano transitioned her career towards property management in 2006 after several successful years as a licensed real estate professional. In February 2012, she co-founded Allegiant Management Group, leveraging her extensive expertise to address the unique demands of the Central Florida real estate landscape. Under Maria's leadership, the firm has excelled as a top property management company, especially renowned in the Kissimmee rental market. Maria is also an active member of her local Realtor Association, committed to enhancing her community's real estate standards and practices.

Alex Zweydoff is the Director of Business Development and a REALTOR® at Allegiant Management Group. He plays a key role in cultivating relationships, creating and implementing business development strategies, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. With roots in Central Florida, Alex has been involved in property management and real estate since 2012, joining Allegiant Management Group in 2017. His extensive experience has led to the successful placement of thousands of tenants and the efficient management of numerous rental properties for landlords and investors.

Alex holds the prestigious RMP® (Residential Management Professional®) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) and has earned several certifications, including the C2EX® (Commitment to Excellence) Endorsement and the At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) Certification. His professional achievements underscore his commitment to excellence and service.

As an active leader, Alex is involved in the Osceola County Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, and NARPM®. He served as the 2021 President of the Orlando/Central Florida NARPM® Chapter. A passionate advocate for private property rights, Alex is engaged in legislative advocacy at both state and national levels. In recognition of his efforts, he was honored with the 2024 NARPM® Florida State Chapter Advocate of the Year Award.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys reading, spending time with his family, including his husband Daniel, and contributing to his local community.

Since starting in property management and real estate in 1999, Ricardo Figueroa has built a large portfolio of properties on referrals from existing renters and repeat customers. He joined Allegiant Management Group in 2013, working with a wide range of property types. Ricardo also has extensive experience helping owners with rehabbing properties and successfully getting them rented to qualified tenants. Prior to joining AMG, Ricardo’s background includes real estate sales, which helps him provide the highest level of service and advice to his clients.

For 15 years, Elisa Benitez served as Operations Manager for a widely known footwear retailer with more than $10 million in annual revenues. As a result, she developed outstanding skills and a long track record of providing exceptional service to customers and clients. In 2019, Elisa joined Allegiant Management Group and is responsible for providing administrative support to Allegiant Management Group’s tenants, property managers, and brokers. Originally from New York, she has been a Florida resident since moving to the state as a teenager.

Rodolfo is an accomplished operations and people manager with 16 years of experience overseeing various industries. He holds studies and certifications in business administration, people management, and operations management. Rodolfo has successfully managed and supervised operations and developed processes in the printing, video game, travel and leisure, fire alarm, and legal services industries.

In his personal life, Rodolfo has a passion for movies, writing, and running. He enjoys watching films of all genres and writing about them in his spare time. He also enjoys running to stay fit and healthy. With his diverse background and passion for personal interests, Rodolfo is a well-rounded individual who brings a unique perspective to his professional endeavors.

Elizabeth Santiago is bilingual in English and Spanish and has been a real estate sales professional since 2005. She started her career in new construction and later transitioned into general real estate, helping home buyers find the American dream of homeownership, including working with real estate investor clients. Elizabeth is known for providing excellent service to her clients due to her outstanding communication and negotiating skills. Originally from Illinois, she also lived in Puerto Rico for 12 years before moving to Florida in 1999 and joining Allegiant Management Group in 2012.

Isabella, our Leasing Coordinator is a bilingual professional from Colombia with a degree in International Business. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of global markets and business strategies, she expertly manages leasing agreements, coordinates property viewings, and addresses client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail. She actively broadens her global perspective through travel and engages in community initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion. With her expertise in leasing coordination, linguistic fluency, and cultural sensitivity, Isabella continues to make a positive impact in the field, enriching the experiences of clients and colleagues alike.

Felippe is a dynamic Business Administrator and Certified Accountant, renowned for his expertise in numbers and taxation since 2008. Specializing in accounting and bookkeeping across various sectors, he skillfully integrates technological advancements to revolutionize the field. As a QuickBooks Pro Advisor focused on property management, Felippe embraces challenges with continual self-improvement, ensuring excellence and dedication in his work. Beyond his professional life, he has been a passionate musician since age 13 and an avid reader, showcasing a perfect blend of professional acumen and personal interests.

Maribel Toro brings a wealth of experience and skill to the team, with over two decades in real estate covering property management, real estate sales, and client relations across both residential and commercial sectors. Originally licensed in New Jersey, Maribel is now pursuing her Sales Associate license in Florida, ready to expand her impact in the Sunshine State.

As a former regional manager, she expertly managed a diverse portfolio of over 700 units, excelling in areas such as strategic planning, proactive maintenance, and tenant management. Her focus on maximizing property value and ensuring operational excellence has made her a trusted professional in the field. Meir Benudis is a licensed real estate professional with an extensive background in property rehabilitation and construction. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Hebrew, he is a tremendous asset to Allegiant Management Group as a liaison with both domestic and foreign investors. As an investor himself, Meir provides a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients.
