Maria Napolitano is the Broker at Allegiant Management Group, co-founding the company in 2012. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. A proud mother of four, exemplifying leadership through her actions.

In 2006, Maria shifted her focus to property management after several successful years as a licensed real estate agent. Using her expertise to meet the unique needs of Central Florida’s real estate market.

She leads with a deep understanding of market trends and the ever-changing dynamics of the industry. Maria strongly believes in the importance of professional development and upholding ethical standards.

She holds the RMP® (Residential Management Professional®) designation from NARPM®. As well as C2EX® (REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence), and AHWD® (At Home with Diversity) certifications.

Under Maria’s leadership, Allegiant Management Group has become a top property management firm. People recognize Allegiant for its expertise in the Kissimmee and Central Florida rental markets.

Maria is a recognized leader, involved in several organizations. These include Florida REALTORS®, the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).

Alex Zweydoff is the Director of Business Development and a REALTOR® at Allegiant Management Group. He plays a key role in cultivating relationships, creating and implementing business development strategies, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives.

Alex, who is from Central Florida, has worked in the real estate & property management industry since 2012. He joined Allegiant Management Group in 2017.

His extensive experience has resulted in successfully placing thousands of tenants and efficiently managing numerous rental properties for landlords and investors.

Alex holds the prestigious RMP® (Residential Management Professional®) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). He has earned several certifications. These include the C2EX® (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement and the At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) Certification.

His professional achievements show his commitment to excellence and service. This makes him a well-known leader in the industry, recognized for his professionalism and care. He contributes his talents to organizations and associations pushing forward with ethical and professional standards.

He holds leadership positions in several notable organizations. These include Florida REALTORS®, the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, and NARPM®, and the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce.

He is a Past President of the Orlando/Central Florida NARPM® Chapter. The Osceola Chamber and Young Professionals of Osceola County recognized him with the 2024 Tomorrow’s Leaders Today Award.

Alex is a passionate advocate for private property rights and affordable housing. He actively participates in legislative advocacy at the local, state, and national levels. His dedication earned him the 2024 NARPM® Florida State Chapter Advocate of the Year Award.

Alex enjoys reading, spending time with his family, especially his husband Daniel. He actively participates in his local community by dedicating time and contributing to charitable efforts.

Ricardo Figueroa is the Senior Property Manager and CAM at Allegiant Management Group. He brings a wealth of experience from his career in property management and real estate, which began in 1999.

Before joining AMG in 2013, Ricardo honed his skills in real estate sales. This established him as a dedicated and accomplished professional.

Since joining AMG, Ricardo has expanded his extensive portfolio by fostering strong relationships with tenants, vendors, landlords, and investors. His expertise includes assisting property owners with rehabilitation projects, ensuring meticulous attention to detail while maximizing return on investment.

As a key liaison for tenants, investors, and homeowners, Ricardo is committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless communication between all parties.

Elisa Benitez serves as the Administrative Coordinator for Allegiant Management Group. Our tenants and clients alike value her presence and positive outlook on all situations.

She has over 15 years of experience as an Operations Manager for a prominent footwear retailer. Her efforts contributed to over $10 million in annual revenues. Elisa developed exceptional customer service skills and a proven record of delivering outstanding results.

Since joining Allegiant Management Group in 2019, Elisa has been integral to the team’s success. She provides administrative support to our tenants, property managers, and investors.

Originally from New York, Elisa has called Florida home since moving to the state as a teenager. She brings her expertise and dedication to the Central Florida community and our clients.

Rodolfo is an accomplished operations and people manager with 16 years of experience overseeing various industries. He holds studies and certifications in business administration, people management, and operations management.

Rodolfo has successfully managed and supervised operations in several industries. These include printing, video games, travel and leisure, fire alarms, and legal services. He has also developed processes in these fields which lead to future successes.

In his personal life, Rodolfo has a passion for movies, writing, and running. He enjoys watching films of all genres and writing about them in his spare time. He also enjoys running to stay fit and healthy.

Rodolfo has a diverse background and a passion for his interests. He is a well-rounded person who offers a unique view in his work.

Elizabeth Santiago is a REALTOR and Leasing Agent at AMG Realty Services. She speaks both English and Spanish. She is originally from Illinois and lived in Puerto Rico for 12 years. She later relocated to Florida in 1999.

She became a licensed real estate sales professional in 2005. She began her career in new construction then transitioning into general real estate. She later joined Allegiant Management Group in 2012.

She works actively with sellers to list their homes. She personally enjoys assisting buyers achieve the American dream of owning a home. Her extensive industry knowledge assists her in working closely with our real estate investor clients.

People recognize Elizabeth for providing excellent service to clients with her outstanding communication and negotiating skills. She always goes the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

She is Originally from Illinois and lived in Puerto Rico for 12 years, moving to Florida in 1999.

Isabella Hernandez is the Leasing Coordinator for Allegiant Management Group. She is bilingual professional from Colombia with a degree in International Business.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of global markets and business strategies. She expertly manages leasing agreements, renewals, coordinates property viewings, and addresses client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.

She actively broadens her global perspective through travel and engages in community initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion.

Isabella uses her skills in leasing coordination, language, and cultural understanding to make a positive impact. She enriches the experiences of both clients and colleagues.

Felippe serves as the Financial Coordinator for Allegiant Management Group. A skilled Business Administrator and Certified Accountant since 2008. His expertise in numbers and taxation earns him high regard in the industry.

His notable customer service allows him to help clients achieve a deeper understanding of their investments.

With a specialty in accounting and bookkeeping across various industries, Felippe seamlessly integrates technological innovations to enhance efficiency and precision in his field.

He is an expert QuickBooks Pro Advisor with a streamlined focus on property management. Felippe thrives on tackling challenges and is committed to continuous self-improvement. Ensuring excellence in every aspect of his work.

Maribel Toro has a lot of experience and skill. She has worked in real estate for over twenty years. Her expertise includes property management, real estate sales, and client relations. She has experience in both residential and commercial sectors.

Maribel was originally a licensed Sales Associate in New Jersey. She is now working on her Sales Associate license in Florida. She is excited to make a difference in the Sunshine State.
