1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION: Fill out our vendor application form with your company details, services offered, and relevant certifications.
2. UNDERGO SCREENING: Our team will review your application and conduct a thorough screening process, including verifying licenses, insurance, and references.
3. GET APPROVED: Once approved, you will become part of our exclusive network of vetted vendors and start receiving work orders from Allegiant Management Group.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Minimum of $500k general liability insurance required
• Workman’s Comp or State Exemption required
• All our Vendors are required to use Property Meld (Maintenance Platform)
• Estimates and Invoices are to be uploaded to Property Meld
• ACH is required for payments
• No insurance, no payment
• Photos of completed work is required
