Agent Referrals

At Allegiant Management Group, relationships are paramount.

We understand the importance of communication and maintaining the bonds we've created with our clients and referral partners over the years. Our Agent Tenant Referral Program allows you, as a REALTOR®, real estate agent, or property manager to focus your specialized business while ensuring your clients receive the care and support they need from a trusted property manager.

WE OFFER CONVENIENT SELF-SHOWINGS

Most of our properties offer self-showings, allowing your clients to view available rental listings anytime between 8:00 AM EST and 7:00 PM EST, 24/7, 365 days a year. Please let us know when submitting the referral form if you will be showing the property to your client or if we should contact them directly to arrange and schedule showings through our dedicated leasing coordinator.

TENANT REFERRAL PAYMENTS SCHEDULE AND INCORRECT INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Owner payments are made between the 10th and 15th of each month (unless on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday). Tenant referral fee checks are issued within a few days of owner checks and mailed to the broker no later than 35 days after the lease commencement. If incorrect brokerage information is provided, resulting in a stop payment and re-issuance of a check, a $30.00 stop payment fee will be deducted from the referral amount. By submitting the referral form, you certify the information is accurate. Per our company policy, we do not supply copies of the executed lease agreement.

PROSPECTIVE TENANT REFERRAL PROCESS

Once a tenant applies, Allegiant Management Group will handle all communication with the prospective tenant. This transaction is on a referral basis only. We ask that agents allow us to facilitate the process to avoid confusion and best serve your client's needs. The application and approval process takes a minimum of 24 business hours up to 72 business hours once the application is complete. Processing time may vary due to situations beyond our control. Application fees are non-refundable, and incomplete applications are not processed until completed. Please refer prospective tenants to Allegiant Management Group for all questions once the application is submitted.

APPLICATION CRITERIA

We recommend your clients do not apply if any of the following apply to any household members:

  • Evictions
  • Debt to a previous landlord
  • Credit score below 550
  • Undischarged bankruptcy
  • Unsatisfactory rental reference
  • Unacceptable pet breed

IMPORTANT APPLICATION DETAILS

Clients must view the property before we process their application. All adults 18 and older must submit a separate rental application and pay the required fees. Upon approval, a Good Faith Deposit must be paid within 24 hours. A one-time non-refundable tenant administration fee of $245.00 per household is due upon approval.

All residents are enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package for $55.00 per month, charged as additional rent. This package includes Pest Assurance powered by Pest Share, access to an online resident portal, 24/7 maintenance portal, monthly reporting of rental payments to Experian RentBureau, bi-monthly home delivery of HVAC filters, resident-completed inspection technology, one late fee waiver, concierge utility services, and eligibility for a $1500 credit towards closing costs if using an AMG Realty Services Sales Agent.

PET POLICY

Please refer to the specific property listing to see if pets are allowed or if there are any additional restrictions whether per landlord or HOA (Homeowners Association). At AMG we use a third-party pet policy service. All applicants must create a No Pet or Pet/Animal profile at AMG - Our Pet Policy at the time of application submission.
