At Allegiant Management Group, we prioritize transparency and honesty in all our dealings. Our Transparency Guarantee ensures you benefit from transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Your management agreement will clearly outline all fees related to managing your property. We provide detailed and clear invoices for all services, so you always know exactly what you are paying for. While property repairs are inevitable, you will never be blindsided by unexpected expenses. We ensure that you have approval for any expensive repairs, except in emergencies and habitability situations. Additionally, we guarantee no markups on maintenance services. Our leasing guarantee ensures that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 8 months of their annual lease term, we will find you a new tenant and the leasing fee for that new tenant will be waived. This guarantee provides peace of mind and protects your investment, ensuring continuous occupancy and rental income. Please note, this guarantee does not apply if the tenant pays an early termination fee to the owner.

For any pet that Allegiant Management Groups approves, we guarantee our owners and investors up to $1,000 in damage assistance for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers. Service Animals, Assistance Animals, and Emotional/Therapy support animals are excluded as they are not considered pets per Federal and State Law.
