Current AMG Measures
- AMG employees have remote work options to ensure services are uninterrupted.
- No in-person meetings will be conducted at AMG offices. Staff are available by telephone or email.
- Occupied property interior inspections are suspended temporarily. Renewal or periodic inspections will be rescheduled after 30 days and re-evaluated as needed.
- Move-ins and move-outs will be managed using lockboxes to limit in-person contact.
- Departing residents are not required to show their rental unit to prospective tenants before moving out.
- All rent payments should be made online or through CashPay at 7-11, as office access is restricted.
