Amid ongoing concerns about the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Allegiant Management Group (AMG) is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees while supporting our clients, tenants, and vendors. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation, following guidelines and recommendations from the CDC and other health authorities.
Our Safety Measures and Service Adjustments
- Remote Work Capability: Our staff can work remotely without service interruption.
- Communication Channels: AMG staff are available via telephone, video chat, or email. In-person meetings are currently suspended.
- Inspections: Interior inspections of occupied rental units are postponed for at least 30 days, with ongoing reassessment.
- Showings: Vacating residents are not required to show their units. Prospective tenants can access vacant properties through self-showing electronic lockboxes.
- Rent Collection: AMG staff will strive to maintain consistent rent collection practices.
- Property Repairs: Non-essential repairs may be delayed to limit interactions with residents and vendors.
Current COVID-19 Updates
Governor Ron DeSantis has declared a Public Health Emergency in Florida. Other recent developments include:
- Incoming travel to the U.S. from certain countries has been suspended.
- Florida public schools are closed until 03/30/2020 (subject to change).
- Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando are closed until 03/31/2020.
- Sports events, including the NBA and MLB, have been postponed.
- Numerous major events across Central Florida have been canceled.
