Our vetted vendors will determine if a maintenance request is due to tenant neglect/damage or normal wear and tear. Typically, owners are responsible for costs associated with normal wear and tear, with some exceptions. However, if the issue is due to tenant neglect or damage, we will hold the tenant accountable for the charges as outlined in the lease agreement.
